Three system certification refers to ISO9001 certification, ISO14001 certification, ISO 45001 certification.

What are the basic requirements for the double random inspection of the three systems certification?

1. Verification of the validity of the company's relevant qualification documents: business licence, production permit, 3C, health approval, safety production permit, environmental assessment, application, monitoring, acceptance approval, safety assessment approval, etc.

2. certificates related to instruments and personnel: calibration certificates of measuring instruments, calibration certificates of special equipment, registration certificates of special equipment, induction certificates of operators.

3. Is the actual number of people in the company the same as that on the certification contract or audit plan, and is there any difference? Otherwise the certification is invalid.

4. It must be clear when the company's management manuals and procedure documents are issued. Effective management manuals and procedure documents must have management system, technology, protocols and other documents. Manuals and procedures to be issued to the relevant personnel (the issuance of electronic version is also acceptable, but at least 2 sets of paper).

5. Managers should be familiar with the management policy and management objectives; how the objectives are assessed and checked, and whether they are completed.

6. The division of labour among the heads of the company's departments should be clear and consistent with what is stipulated in the manual. The person in charge of each department should know clearly.

7. Managers and internal auditors should know the first and last meetings held during the certification audit and the main contents of the meetings. There are: (1) certification audit once a year, otherwise the enterprise certificate will be suspended or revoked. (2) certification of that management system (quality, environment, safety and health system). (3) certified auditors and consulting teachers are not an organisation, and can not be an organisation, must be separated.

8. Check the company's product inspection records (or construction acceptance records), production records or construction records; products should have commissioned a third party form of inspection report.

9. If special processes are identified in the management manual, there should be confirmation records.

10. General manager, management representative and internal auditor must know the time of internal audit and management review;

Must provide: records of internal audit, non-conformity report of internal audit, report of internal audit, report of management review and report information of each department;

The time of the management review, whether the improvements in the management review report are in line with the actual (not the same as the last one), and what promotional work has been done as a representative of the manager, to be able to say clearly.
